I like the song because the "pitch" on the chorus makes me shudder and it's not easy for everyone who sings it.
This song tells about the screams of the heart of someone who always hopes to be heard because he has been ignored for so long. He was no longer able to undergo everything, all the feelings he had always wanted to convey must be restrained and piled up in his mind. He felt as if he didn't know the people around him, because even though they were there, they seemed like they didn't exist.
Now, his mind must be open and take out what he has kept all this time. He himself was tired of pretending to think his soul was dead. Until the time comes, no one will stop him from shouting everything. He will stop trusting people he has always been listening to. Because he has his own opinions and desires.
